Privacy Policy

Roly Poly does not collect any data. Effective October 2, 2026.

What we collect

Nothing. Roly Poly has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. The developer does not receive, store or share any information about you or how you play.

Where your progress lives

Levels, stars, scores and settings are saved on your device. If iCloud is turned on, they are also stored in your own iCloud account so they sync between your devices. That data is held by Apple under your Apple Account and the developer cannot read it.

Apple services the game uses

• Game Center for leaderboards and online races. Your Game Center nickname and scores are handled by Apple and shown to other players according to your Game Center settings.
• SharePlay for races during a FaceTime call. Game moves are sent to the people on the call through Apple's Group Activities service.
• Nearby races send game moves directly between the two devices over the local network.
• Motion data from your device is used to steer the roly-poly. It is read on the device and never stored or sent anywhere.

Children

Roly Poly is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
